At Shenny's we offer a unique facility in that we are unlike any Doctor's office or any Day Spa but we seek out the newest and most effective non-invasive treatments at affordable prices with no downtime.  We have performed Laser Hair Removal procedures for more than 8 years and Laser Vein Removal procedures for nearly five years. In 1998 we were the first in Calgary to include Para-Medical Esthetic Treatments with Glymed and we were also the first to be registered as Institute Matis (Paris) in the West after our Exclusive Distributorship rights with L'estrel were purchased by Summum.  We believe in the products and services we sell, the scientists, chemists and manufacturers that developed them because we have seen the results with our clientele and we use them ourselves too.

We have also been pioneers in launching the SoliTone Lymphatone, Matis Ultrasound & Galvanic devices in Calgary and are proud to be the first once again in 2011 to launch and incorporate the SRS Skin Remodeling Device in our practice.

Very occasionally we do have a client that is not completely satisfied.  Regrettably, it could be due to unrealistic expectations because sometimes it is just too difficult to satisfy a client because we cannot verify that they followed instructions or if they did not disclose important details like medications, allergies or some such pertinent information necessary in treating them.  We cannot be certain that they used sun protection daily or that they maintain healthy lifestyles and remember to use their skin care products regularly.
